Senior Healthy Living
Today, thanks to modern medicine people are living longer and healthier lives. Or at least longer ones. This means we have more and more people reaching their golden years than ever before. To ensure that these years can be some of the best years, we've focused this site on ways to help you enjoyed your earned senior years.
Most senior sites we've seen seem to be almost a list of diseases and ways to die. This may be, unfortunately part of growing old in America and around the world, but there's no need to dwell on things like that, after all, you've got a life to enjoy. By the time you've reached senior status, you've lost a few people along the way. We have to acknowledge this, but we don't have to accept it. Death and disease can be fought against, and the weapon is information.
We may be living longer lives but to insure those lives are health ones, we'll have to do a little o the work ourselves. After all, even modern medical science can't do everything for us, yet. This is why we've put this site together, not to tell you how to live your lives, but to give you pointers and tips on how to extend those lives, and to help them be proactive and enjoyable.
In our health section, we have diets to follow, exercise advice, tips for surgery you may be considering, and even tips on driving past the age of fifty. We have all that and, or course, the information of diseases that strike our senior population. We also have tipis about assisted living, and even tips on being an older driver.
It doesn't seem fair that we achieve seniorhood only to have to deal with crap that affects mostly the elderly: you'd think that disease would let us alone by this time, but no luck. So we list those afflicting the senior population, and the latest treatments for them, plus we throw in a couple of things that we think might be useful to you and your life.
Remember, this is your time, you should make it last.
